MILWAUKEE - Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) announces the addition of eight new attorneys who have joined its Milwaukee office, strengthening its Health Care, Labor and Employment, Corporate Law, Tax, Real Estate and Litigation practices.

Abigail (Abi) Aswege is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice, where she counsels clients on various employment issues, such as non-compete agreements, equal rights, discrimination and labor law issues. Prior to joining Reinhart, Aswege dedicated her time as a volunteer for the Afghan Refugee Asylum Assistance program, the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and the Civil Legal Help Line. She earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
Autumn Ruleau is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice, where she advises clients on all aspects of health care law, including licensing, regulatory and compliance issues. During law school, Ruleau served as a judicial intern for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as a law clerk for Midwest Environmental Advocates and as an extern for the Wisconsin Department of Justice. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
J.P. Curran is a Corporate Law attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions while providing customized solutions to mitigate risk and help clients achieve the best possible outcomes. With a background in business and government lobbying, he understands the challenges affecting his clients' businesses. During law school, Curran gained valuable experience serving as an intern in various industries. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School where he served as Editor of the Marquette Law Review, and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Jennifer Lien is a member of the firm’s Tax Practice, where she helps clients tackle complex tax matters to better position them for success. She counsels clients on a variety of transactional tax and deferred compensation projects, developing solutions to help minimize their tax liabilities. During law school, Lien completed an internship at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin with Judge William M. Conley. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. She also holds an M.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.F.A., summa cum laude, from Savannah College of Art and Design.
Joseph Franke is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, where he advises clients on matters related to their real estate and business goals. Franke focuses on delivering tangible, impactful results for his clients, helping them realize the full potential of every project. Before joining Reinhart, he served as a law clerk for the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office and the Cuyahoga County District Attorney’s Office in Cleveland, and as an intern for a Milwaukee Downtown Business Improvement District. Franke graduated magna cum laude from both Marquette University Law School, where he earned three CALI Awards and served as an author and member of the Marquette Law Review, and John Carroll University, where he earned his B.A.
Josh LeNoble is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice, focusing on designing estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families so they can better respond to future family matters, economic conditions and changes in tax laws. Prior to joining Reinhart, LeNoble was a tax attorney at a boutique firm and a litigation associate at an Am Law 200 firm. He earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he was a Business Editor of the IP Law Review, Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society and a CALI Award recipient, and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Mary Margaret Evans is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice, where she represents clients in a wide range of civil matters and leverages her ability to distill complex information into actionable and clear. During law school, Evans served as an intern at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and through VISTA worked with Legal Aid Chicago. She currently serves as a mentor for the Reinhart Bridges Advisory Program, which promotes equitable access to opportunities for growth and development among candidates from diverse backgrounds. Evans earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
Peter Soukenik is a member of the firm’s Corporate Law Practice, where he provides clients with legal solutions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters, mitigating risk to help ensure success in each transaction. Prior to joining Reinhart, Soukenik served as a law clerk at a Chicago-based law firm and gained business experience as a transportation technologies consultant, and as an Acquisitions and Integrations Manager at a premier UK-based transportation firm. He graduated cum laude with a J.D. and Business Law Certificate from Chicago-Kent College of Law, earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University, and a B.A. from Rockhurst University.
