Her practice includes commercial and competition disputes, real estate litigation, false advertising claims under the Lanham Act, and ERISA matters involving withdrawal liability and benefit‑fund contribution delinquencies. She works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies grounded in a thorough understanding of the facts and governing law.

Before joining Reinhart, Mary Margaret served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Legal Aid Chicago, where she developed training programs for attorneys and other public service providers to expand organizational capacity. During law school, she worked with the Frank J. Remington Center’s Oxford Federal Project, assisting incarcerated individuals with federal legal claims, and interned for Chief Judge James D. Peterson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. She was also a Summer Associate at Reinhart.
Mary Margaret maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly volunteers with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic. She also serves as a mentor through The Honorable Charles N. Clevert, Jr. Mentoring Program, sponsored by the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association.
Outside of work, Mary Margaret enjoys traveling, long walks with her rescue dog, Nellie, and spending time along Lake Michigan’s beaches.
