Abigail (Abi) Aswege is an attorney in Reinhart’s Labor and Employment Practice, where she provides strategic advice to clients on various employment issues, such as harassment, retaliation, employment discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, whistleblower and employee health and safety disputes.
Abi serves as a dedicated adviser to her clients, helping them navigate the intricacies of the legal landscape with confidence. She is adept at identifying and solving complex legal problems and she prides herself on being a clear and concise communicator, keeping her clients informed and engaged throughout the legal process.
Abi brings a valuable perspective to labor and employment law with a wide range of life experiences that inform her work. This allows her to see all sides of a situation and equips her to utilize empathy and understanding to advocate for her client's best interests. She is passionate about using her legal skills to make a positive impact on the world.
Abi believes strongly in supporting her local community and serves on the board of Hope House of Milwaukee, a nonprofit emergency shelter, rapid rehousing facility and community center. Abi is also an active member of Reinhart’s pro bono program and holds a leadership position for the Wisconsin Asian American Bar Association.
Outside of work, Abi loves to stay active, enjoys hiking and assisting a local beekeeper with his hives.
