Jennifer K. Lien is an attorney in Reinhart’s Tax Practice. Jennifer advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, tax-exempt organizations, and senior executives on executive compensation, employee benefits, and transactional tax matters. She frequently counsels clients on the design and implementation of employment, severance, change in control, deferred compensation, and equity-based incentive arrangements. She also advises clients of the impact of such arrangements in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

Jennifer brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every matter, helping clients navigate complex tax issues. Before entering practice, Jennifer served as a law clerk at a Madison-based law firm and completed a judicial internship with Judge William M. Conley of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys reading, oil painting, and spending time with her family and two dachshunds.
