As an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice, Elizabeth Elving represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including environmental, intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. Elizabeth is also a member of Reinhart’s PFAS and Artificial Intelligence teams. At every stage of litigation, Elizabeth works thoughtfully and efficiently to understand and pursue clients’ goals. She leverages her research, writing and communication skills to navigate new challenges and help develop strategic solutions.

While at Marquette University Law School, Elizabeth served as a research assistant for Dean Joseph D. Kearney and as an intern for Judge Pamela Pepper at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and for Legal Action of Wisconsin. She was also inducted into the Pro Bono Society, participated in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition, and was a member of the Marquette Law Review. Before joining Reinhart, she worked as a freelance journalist and a research/content writer.

Away from the office, Elizabeth enjoys being outdoors with her two dogs, reading and writing fiction, and honing her baking skills.
