Reinhart is delighted to announce the addition of six new attorneys. Elizabeth Elving, Chinonso I. Osuji, Matt DeLange, Emily Hagan, Paul Beery and Christine McLinn will be part of Reinhart’s Litigation, Real Estate, Labor and Employment, Corporate, Employee Benefits and Intellectual groups, respectively. All are located in the firm’s Milwaukee office.

Elizabeth Elving is an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice. Elving was a Summer Associate at Reinhart in 2019. During law school, she served as a research assistant for Dean Joseph D. Kearney, was an intern for Judge Pamela Pepper at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and an intern for Legal Action of Wisconsin. Additionally, Elving served as a legal volunteer for the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and the Eviction Defense Project, was inducted into the Pro Bono Society, and was a member of the Marquette Law Review. She has also worked as a freelance journalist and a research and content writer. Elving earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
Chinonso I. Osuji is an attorney in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice. Osuji was a Summer Associate at Reinhart in 2018 and 2019. While in Law School, she served as a legal volunteer for the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and Legal Action of Wisconsin’s U-Visa project. Osuji was an articles editor for the Marquette Law Review, secretary of the Black Law Students Association, event coordinator for First Generation Professionals, and a leader in the Academic Success Program. She also served as a legal intern for the Marquette Legal Initiative for Nonprofit Corporations. Prior to that, Osuji was a congressional intern at the U.S. House of Representatives for the office of Rep. Beto O’Rourke. She earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
Matt DeLange is an attorney in Reinhart’s Labor and Employment Practice where he assist client with a wide range of employment-related matters, including researching Wisconsin and Federal law for solutions to legal disputes, and drafting motions and trial briefs for complex litigation. DeLange was a Summer Associate at Reinhart in 2019. In law school, he served as an intern for the Area Prosecutions Division of the Iowa Attorney General and worked for Professor Lorie Schweer. He also was the Senior Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Gender, Race, & Justice, a participant in Appellate Advocacy, and a member of the Pro Bono Society. Before law school, DeLange interned on Capitol Hill in the U.S. Senate. He earned his J.D., with distinction, from The University of Iowa College of Law.
Emily Hagan is an attorney in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice. Hagan was a Summer Associate at Reinhart in 2019. During law school, she served as a research assistant to Professor Sheldon Kurtz and participated in the Appellate Advocacy program. Hagan also volunteered as a legal intern at Prairie State Legal Services and, later, at Kids First Law Center through the Citizen Lawyer Program. She earned her J.D., with high distinction, from The University of Iowa College of Law.
Paul Beery is an attorney in Reinhart’s Employee Benefits Practice. Beery was a Summer Associate at Reinhart in 2019. He focuses his practice on assisting clients on a wide range of issues related to corporate benefits, public plans and Taft-Hartley matters. During law school, Beery was a member of the Mock Trial Team and was a law clerk for firms in Milwaukee and Michigan. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Christine McLinn is an attorney in Reinhart’s Intellectual Property Practice where she focuses on patent counseling. McLinn was a Summer Associate at Reinhart in 2019. During law school, she was a lead online editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review; a member of the Women Law Students Organization; and participated in a veterans law practicum where she worked on a case file pending before the Department of Veterans Affairs. McLinn served as a legal intern for an aerospace company where she collaborated with outside patent counsel to address the intellectual property requirements of the company. While working in-house, she gained experience serving as both a legal and business adviser. McLinn earned her J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
