Justin Voeks

Justin Voeks is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice and an active member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Financial Institutions practices. His analytical skills and attention to detail equip him to offer clients optimal solutions for complex corporate and commercial transactions. Justin regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, sales and dispositions, equity financings, dividend recapitalizations and corporate reorganizations. He also assists clients in developing, evaluating and implementing successful corporate governance policies and strategies.

Justin enjoys the unique challenges of each deal, carefully analyzing the specific issues that are key to the client. He effectively manages every stage of the process, ensuring that strategies align with the client’s ultimate goals. He prioritizes his clients’ business objectives, providing viable options and frequently serving as a legal and business counselor after a deal’s successful completion.
