M&A Forum 2023: Navigating the Road Ahead

Reinhart was a presenting sponsor of the 16th annual BizTimes M&A Forum at the Brookfield Conference Center on April 4. Attendees at this standing room only event were prepped for the road ahead in this complex economic environment, and several Reinhart attorneys took part to share their experience in the M&A sector.

Shareholder Kate Westfall participated in the Sell-side/Buy-side Panel to share best practices and lessons learned when selling and buying a business, such as building value, timing, managing the transition and other experiences. Leading one of the breakout sessions, attorneys Justin Voeks and Melissa Zabkowicz shared their knowledge of current and emerging legal trends in M&A that every buyer and seller should consider.
