Justin Voeks is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice and an active member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Financial Institutions teams. His analytical skills and attention to detail equip him to offer clients optimal solutions for complex corporate and commercial transactions. Justin regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, sales and dispositions, equity financings, dividend recapitalizations and corporate reorganizations. He also assists clients in developing, evaluating and implementing successful corporate governance policies and strategies.

Justin manages each client engagement with dedication and focus, navigating complexities to achieve the best outcome. His approach combines attention to details with a big-picture perspective, providing exceptional service while keeping broader goals in mind. He takes the time to listen intently to his clients and understand their business needs, both long- and short-term.

His clients appreciate his calm and personable demeanor, as well as his deep knowledge of market trends and deal structuring. Justin understands that legal considerations are critical, but always makes sure that his strategies align with his clients' larger business goals. He believes that the best legal outcomes are achieved when the client's priorities are kept at the forefront.

Justin has honed his skills in the dynamic field of mergers and acquisitions. Understanding that these are often transformative events for companies and individuals, he is passionate about his role in this process and takes pride in collaborating with his clients’ leading up to, during and after a deal’s successful completion.

Justin enjoys hiking, golfing and chess and is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Brewers and Marquette Golden Eagles.
