W. Craig Olafsson

Craig Olafsson is of counsel in Reinhart’s Corporate Law and Real Estate practices where he assists clients with a variety of business law and real estate matters. He advises general business entities and insurance company clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, formation and dissolution of business entities, contracts, financing, employment law and HIPAA. In addition, Craig handles the purchase, sale and lease of all types of real estate, as well as boundary disputes and condemnation matters. He also has extensive experience advising mutual and stock insurance companies on affiliations and de-affiliations, and also with demutualizations, reinsurance and regulatory matters.
