Carl R. Kugler

Carl R. Kugler is a shareholder and member of Reinhart's Corporate Law Practice in its Madison office. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Carl also provides guidance with respect to the formation, development and financing of startup and emerging growth companies. He has extensive experience counseling software, health care, manufacturing and consumer products companies in connection with commercial and transactional matters.

Carl also serves in an outside general counsel capacity for a number of closely-held Midwestern businesses, advising on a wide variety of organizational, commercial, transactional and governance matters, with an emphasis on providing business-oriented legal solutions. Carl was elected to Reinhart’s Board of Directors in 2025.
