- Carl R. Kugler
Carl R. Kugler is the managing shareholder in Madison where he leads the office's Corporate Law Practice. His experience includes a wide range of general corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and the formation, development and financing of startup and emerging growth companies. Carl brings extensive experience counseling software, health care, manufacturing and consumer products companies, with an emphasis on commercial and transactionalal matters.
Carl counsels public and private corporations and other business entities on a wide variety of organizational, commercial, transactional and governance matters. He serves in an outside general counsel capacity for a number of closely-held Midwestern businesses, with an emphasis on providing business-oriented legal solutions.
