John Reichert and Carl Kugler to Serve as Office Managing Shareholders in Waukesha and Madison, WI

Reinhart announces that John Reichert has been appointed to serve as office managing shareholder for the firm’s Waukesha office and Carl Kugler as office managing shareholder for the Madison office. With their terms effective July 15, both John and Carl have taken over for their predecessors, shareholders Vince Beres and Lynn Stathas.

A member of the firm’s Banking and Finance Practice and leader in serving Financial Institutions, Reichert provides a wide array of general advice and counsel to banks, bank holding companies and other companies involved in the financial services industry. His practice involves corporate governance, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, regulatory and compliance matters, commercial lending transactions and general securities matters.

Kugler leads Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice in the Madison office. His experience includes a broad range of general corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and the formation, development and financing of startup and emerging growth companies. Kugler also has extensive experience counseling manufacturing and consumer products companies, with an emphasis on commercial, product distribution and transactional matters.
