Blake Knickelbein is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, where he counsels a broad range of clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, commercial contracting, corporate governance, entity formation and equity issuances. He has extensive experience working with closely held businesses throughout the succession planning process and regularly advises clients on business succession alternatives, including transfers to the next generation or to key employees, or a sale to a third party. Blake’s ability to proactively identify and solve legal issues, based on a deep understanding of each client’s unique situation, helps ensure they are best positioned for success.

Blake is known for his keen business sense, exceptional client service, and going above and beyond to anticipate business and legal needs. He is highly responsive and dedicated to timely, effective communication with his clients. He strives to build strong relationships with his clients and is always ready to provide guidance and planning as a trusted adviser.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and being outdoors, including hiking, boating and cycling.
