Blake A. Knickelbein

Blake Knickelbein is an attorney in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, where he counsels a broad range of clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, commercial contracting, corporate governance, entity formation and equity issuances. Blake’s ability to proactively identify and solve legal barriers, based on a deep understanding of each client’s unique situation, helps ensure that his clients are best positioned for success.
