Reinhart Welcomes New Attorneys in Corporate Law and Litigation

Knickelbein rejoins Reinhart as an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Law Practice, where he counsels a broad range of clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance, entity formation and equity issuances. Knickelbein has been recognized in the “Ones to Watch” list by Best Lawyers in America for his outstanding professional excellence in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and Compliance Law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Rejowski is an attorney in the firm's Litigation Practice, advising clients in various litigation matters, including cases involving breaches of contract, product liability and shareholder disputes. Rejowski was previously an Assistant District Attorney for Milwaukee County. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
