Robert Lightfoot Named Chair of Health Care Practice

Milwaukee – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Robert Lightfoot has been named chair of the firm’s Health Care Practice, effective July 1, 2023.

Lightfoot represents owners and operators of nursing homes and assisted living facilities on operational, regulatory and employment matters, including buying, selling and licensing these entities, as well as survey and certification, audits, risk management and HIPAA compliance. He advises clients on personal licensing issues before the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and serves as legal counsel to the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association and LeadingAge Wisconsin. He also serves as chair of Reinhart’s Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Senior Independent Housing Services Group, where he helps his clients deliver the highest quality of care and quality of life to the community’s most vulnerable citizens. As a licensed Registered Nurse, Lightfoot draws upon his empathy, experience and tenacious problem-solving skills to ensure his clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
