Reinhart Welcomes Labor and Employment Attorney Laura Ferrari

MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. welcomes attorney Laura Ferrari to the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice. Based in the Milwaukee office, Ferrari counsels employers in a variety of matters that may arise in all stages of the employment relationship. Her work includes helping employers maintain compliance with federal and state laws, including the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She also assists in the defense against discrimination, wage, and hour claims, preparation of employment and non-compete agreements, review and crafting of policies and drafting of severance agreements.

Ferrari earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
