Reinhart Attorney Kathryn Westfall Selected For Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce Business Leadership Academy

MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. is pleased to announce that attorney Kathryn K. Westfall has been selected by the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce to participate as a member of its Business Leadership Academy inaugural class.

The Business Leadership Academy is a year-long program focused on developing and fostering the next generation of LGBTQ and allied leaders in the workplace. The program seeks to increase the number of LGBTQ and allied people in senior leadership positions at businesses and companies in the state. The Business Leadership Academy meets monthly from February to December where topics of discussion include: effective communication, managing people, business financials, Productive Conflict and more.

Westfall is an attorney in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice where she focuses her practice on transactional, commercial, corporate and financing matters for both publicly owned and private companies. She provides legal counsel to buyers, sellers, issuers, and borrowers with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and capital-raising transactions. Westfall also regularly advises clients on general corporate and business laws matters including best practices for manufacturing, supply, distribution, production and other agreements.
