Olivia Brooks is an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice, where she represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including complex commercial, contract and intellectual property disputes. She is also an active member of Reinhart’s pro bono program, having represented pro bono clients in various substantive areas and phases of litigation.
Olivia puts clients at ease throughout the litigation process, explaining issues thoroughly and developing strategies that make sense for each unique situation. Clients appreciate her exemplary research, writing and communication skills and ability to anticipate issues before they become problems. Olivia is deeply committed to her clients’ concerns and leverages her experience to help them make informed decisions for best outcomes.
Olivia was previously a Summer Associate at Reinhart. During law school, she was an active participant on the Moot Court Board and involved in the Jewish Law Students Association. She also served as a clinical student in the Frank J. Remington Center’s LAIP clinic, where she worked with incarcerated persons on various legal claims. Olivia was a member of the Pro Bono Society and an Articles Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
Olivia supports local high students and encourages careers in the law by serving in The Honorable Charles N. Clevert, Jr. Mentoring Program, sponsored by the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association. In her free time, she also enjoys playing recreational soccer and volleyball, cooking, traveling and hiking.
