Mollie Rostad

Mollie Rostad is a paralegal in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where she works on all aspects of real estate transactions, with a special focus on low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) developments. Mollie also drafts agreements, moderates closings and collaborates with clients.

Her focus on developing rapport with attorneys and clients alike has enabled her to build the trust necessary to achieve shared goals. Clients appreciate her responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to find comprehensive and cost-efficient solutions. Before becoming a paralegal at Reinhart, Mollie worked as a legal assistant in the areas of real estate, telecommunications, regulatory law and litigation. Before joining the firm, she worked in the field of environmental science and microbiology, and for a Madison-area title company, an experience that gives her unique insight into real estate matters.

In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking and gardening.
