Erica advises a wide range of business owners in transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions and tax strategies. She guides clients every step of the way through due diligence, writing contracts and purchase agreements, handling stock sales and more to help them achieve their business goals.

Thanks to her previous tax law experience, Erica can quickly anticipate and resolve tax issues before they arise. Her clients turn to her for advice on how legislation impacts their tax strategies and depend on her organized, detail-oriented approach for solutions.

She is a tireless advocate for her clients’ interests. By listening to their goals and focusing on their passion, she becomes a partner in writing their success stories. From large corporations to small business owners, Erica invests in helping her clients achieve their dreams.

Erica shares her experience by speaking to women’s entrepreneurship groups about starting new businesses and the relevant tax consequences. She has also helped draft legislation in several states on passthrough entity taxation.

Outside the office, Erica likes to keep fit and hone her competitive edge by exercising.
