Eric Urbanich

Eric Urbanich is a paralegal in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where he assists with complex commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including checklist creation and management, due diligence review, title and survey review, closing document preparation, management of the closing process and post-closing matters.

With more than three decades of experience as a real estate paralegal, Eric has extensive knowledge of all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions and related development work, and provides top-level client service. Known for his exceptional focus on critical details, he also brings a refreshing level of engagement to each transaction with his sense of humor and personable demeanor, partnering with each client on their success by understanding and adapting to their unique transaction style. This proactive approach helps Eric efficiently bring each client transaction to a smooth and successful close.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, travel and music.
