  3. Robert Sholl Receives Silver Beaver Award from Three Harbors Council

Milwaukee, WI - Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that the Boy Scouts of America is awarding Shareholder Robert Sholl with the Silver Beaver Award for distinguished service to youth. The award, introduced in 1931, is the highest recognition a local council can bestow upon a volunteer leader.  It recognizes adult leaders of exceptional character who, through many years of outstanding, dedicated and unselfish service, have made a lasting impact on the lives of youth.

The Three Harbors Council’s virtual celebration honoring both the 2020 and 2021 recipients will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Registration for the virtual event can be found here.

Sholl has been an adult Scout leader for twenty-four years.  Currently he serves on Three Harbors Council’s Health and Safety and Properties Committees and staffs its advanced, national leadership training course, Wood Badge.  He also serves as Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 21, Wauwatosa.

“I am incredibly honored to receive the Silver Beaver Award from the Three Harbors Council,” says Sholl.  “But working with Scouts, and helping them develop self-confidence and leadership and citizenship skills that carry over into their adult lives, is the real reward.”

Sholl is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Labor and Employment and Litigation practices, where he advises and defends employers in the full range of labor and employment law matters.  He is Secretary/Treasurer of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and serves as an Officer and Director of the Labor and Employment Relations Association/Wisconsin Chapter.
