MILWAUKEE – Jerome M. Janzer, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) announced that two experienced attorneys – Scott M. Fabry and Caroline P. Lavelle – have joined the law firm. Fabry is a shareholder in the Business Law and Tax Practices and is based in Reinhart's Waukesha office. Lavelle, a member of the firm's Health Care Practice, is based in Milwaukee.

"We are so pleased that both Scott and Caroline have chosen to expand their practices at Reinhart," Janzer said. "Scott has long been recognized as one of the preeminent business law attorneys in Waukesha County," noted Janzer. "His primary focus on business counseling and mergers and acquisitions adds enhanced depth to our already substantial business practice group. We are committed to having a strong, local presence in Waukesha and being a contributing member of the community. Businesses in Waukesha have sophisticated needs, and Reinhart attorneys have the depth of experience and local presence necessary to provide the business solutions they need," he added.

Fabry also helps clients evaluate the use of tax credits, including new markets tax credits and rehabilitation tax credits, as a means of financing. A Certified Public Accountant, Fabry is a member of both the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of Adoption Resources of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation. Fabry earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Marquette University and his law degree from Marquette University Law School. He received his masters in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center.

"In addition, we are very pleased that Caroline has joined us. Her experience is a good complement to our existing comprehensive Health Care Practice," Janzer noted. She counsels health care clients on general corporate, regulatory and compliance issues. Lavelle received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
