Milwaukee – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Beth Bahr has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer and Jason Thelen to Chief Information Officer, effective June 30, 2023.

“Beth and Jason have a proven record of leadership, spearheading major initiatives and building talented teams,” says Reinhart CEO Albert Orr. “Their elevated roles reflect a shared commitment to the culture of service at Reinhart that allows us to deliver the best possible results for our clients.”

Bahr leads attorney and professional staff recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and talent development and performance management. She is known for her ability to build strong service cultures, develop leaders, and implement HR systems and practices that greatly enhance the firm’s ability to help clients achieve their goals. Bahr also oversees legal administrative support and plays a key role in the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts as the talent lead for the firm’s Mansfield Committee and as a standing member of the DEI Committee. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and she earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and M.S. in Human Resources from Marquette University.

Thelen is committed to maintaining the highest technical standards across the firm while delivering excellence in client service. He leads the Application, Technical and End-User Service teams and ensures successful application of the latest technology through effective project execution and implementation. He also provides technical guidance regarding the firm’s overall information systems security and compliance. Thelen earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
