Reinhart Attorneys Present on Real Estate Matters to Commercial Brokers Group

Attorneys Joia Wodarczyk, Joe Franke and Rob Ernest were guest speakers at a Commercial Brokers Group continuing education meeting on April 10, presenting on various aspects of Wisconsin real estate law, including advertising guidelines, commissions in agency agreements and the process of changing a property's use.

Joia Wodarczyk is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Practice, counseling clients on all aspects of commercial real estate development. She is experienced in matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, land use, zoning and entitlements issues, public/private financing and leasing.

Joe Franke is a member of the Real Estate Practice at Reinhart, where he collaborates with clients on leasing, land use, entitlements and zoning projects, as well as public/private partnerships and tax increment financing.

Rob Ernest is an attorney in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where he counsels clients regarding  purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, the negotiation of commercial lease agreements and the due diligence related to site selection.
