Reinhart shareholders John Reichert and Melissa Lanska published “Our View of Community Banking for 2024” with the Wisconsin Banking Association, where they address issues community banks will face in the coming year, including credit challenges, personnel, liquidity, fraud, rising capital, mergers and acquisitions, competition and more.

Melissa is a shareholder of Reinhart’s Banking and Finance Practice. She works closely with community banks and other clients involved in the financial service industry to provide general counsel on corporate matters, general securities matters, strategic initiatives (such as mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases and capital formation) and regulatory/compliance matters.

John is the managing shareholder of Reinhart’s Waukesha office and a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance Practice. He serves as general counsel for community banks, bank holding companies and other businesses involved in the financial services industry. John’s practice involves corporate governance, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, regulatory and compliance matters, commercial lending transactions and general securities matters.
