- Patrick Hodan and Guy Temple Co-Author Article on PFAS for Wisconsin Law Journal
Reinhart shareholders Patrick Hodan and Guy Temple were recently featured in the Wisconsin Law Journal. Patrick and Guy provide background on the legal issues surrounding PFAS and how these chemicals have gained increased scrutiny since the 1990s, outlining the enormous monetary and health-related ramifications of PFAS detection, what cities and towns may do and recent actions by the EPA likely to result in further litigation.
