Nicholas Zuiker To Take Part in Panel on Fiduciary Responsibilities in Hawaii

Nicholas Zuiker will present “Navigating Fiduciary Responsibilities in Institutional Investing” at Kūlia i Ka Nu’u - Strive to Reach the Highest, a summit sponsored by the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (ERS) on July 26 - 28.

The summit is an educational forum for the ERS Board of Trustees and service providers associated with ERS’s investment portfolio.

Nick is a shareholder with Reinhart’s Institutional Investor Services Team, counseling on private market investment transactions, fiduciary responsibilities, plan governance, litigation and tax legal services. He serves on the Markets Advisory Council for the Council of Institutional Investors, as Secretariat for the Global Institutional Governance Network and as an active member of the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys.
