Milwaukee Bar Association Recognizes Reinhart Attorney Scott Hansen as its “Lawyer of the Year”

MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. is pleased to announce that Scott W. Hansen has been named the “Lawyer of the Year” by the Milwaukee Bar Association (MBA).  The “Lawyer of the Year” award recognizes exceptional legal achievements throughout the past year.

The MBA recognized Scott this year for winning a defense judgment that ended a complex antitrust case in Virginia that involved hundreds of millions of dollars in alleged damages, for winning a record setting jury verdict in Milwaukee federal court and for his commitment to mentoring younger lawyers.

“Scott’s tremendous leadership, judgment and trial skills have helped drive the success of our firm’s Litigation team,” said Reinhart CEO Jerome M. Janzer. “His central role in leading trial teams through complex litigation delivers outstanding results for our clients.”

Scott W. Hansen is a member of Reinhart’s Litigation Practice. He helps clients find pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business disputes whenever possible and litigates them to finality when necessary.

The 2018 Award Recipients will be honored at the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Annual Meeting August 23 at the new Fiserv Forum.
