MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Kurt Dykstra has rejoined Reinhart as a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Practice in the Milwaukee office.
Offering insightful legal counsel, Dykstra partners with clients to navigate complex disputes across various jurisdictions and forums. He regularly advises on the permitting and construction of utility generation facilities and works with companies, both local and global, on economic incentive programs for site selection and expansion. He aims to partner with clients as a trusted adviser in order to provide practical solutions that solve their challenges.

Dykstra draws upon a multifaceted career to provide clients with informed counsel on a wide array of challenging issues. Prior to returning to Reinhart, in addition to practicing at two large, well-respected law firms, he served as Mayor of Holland, Michigan, held the position of senior vice president at a major regional bank and served on the board of directors at an Illinois bank, and was president of a private liberal arts college. Dykstra also brings a unique perspective from his service as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, Civil Affairs.
