Justin Oeth Named Fellow of Construction Lawyers Society of America

Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Shareholder Justin Oeth has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). Oeth is a shareholder in Reinhart's Real Estate Practice, co-chair of the Construction Industry group, and a member of the Real Estate Leasing team.

Oeth has extensive experience serving as the lead attorney on significant leasing, construction, financing and other development projects. He regularly assists clients with negotiating and drafting complex leases, subleases, ground leases, purchase agreements, and architect and construction contracts, for a wide variety of product types, including office, warehouse, manufacturing, retail, multi-family, and health care facilities. Oeth has been named to the Best Lawyers in America list and recognized as a rising star in Wisconsin Super Lawyers.

Lawyers nominated or selected may be in any discipline in the construction law arena, including contract specialization, negotiations, litigation, arbitration, appellate and/or surety law, but who have in addition superior ethical reputations.
