J. Bushnell Nielsen featured in October issue of Wisconsin Banker

J. Bushnell Nielsen is quoted in an article titled “New Vetting Tool For Loan Closers” published in the October issue of Wisconsin Banker.

Nielsen is a shareholder in Reinhart's Litigation and Real Estate practices. For 16 years he served as in-house counsel to two national title insurers. His work focuses on resolving disputes involving title insurance coverage, escrows, conveyancing, boundaries, RESPA, loan fraud and public land records. Mr. Nielsen lectures on these subjects nationally and also serves as a consulting and testifying expert witness.
