- Jody Filut
Jody Filut is the firm’s Legal Project Manager, championing a firm-wide commitment to develop, implement and improve processes and methodology for delivering superior legal services to clients.
A strategic leader with a solid understanding of technical details and operational flow, Jody draws on her experience in management, operations, auditing, training and finance to help better serve the high-level business needs of clients and vendors. Her background includes two department startups and several system implementations.
Attorneys and clients appreciate Jody’s strong sense of ownership in her work. In turn, she enjoys the challenge of improving processes and applying her experience and training which includes Six Sigma, agile, lean and other methodologies, to ensure quality and consistency.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading, traveling and solving brain teasers.

- B.S., University of Wisconsin-Madison (Accounting and Finance)
- Manages system implementations and firm initiatives, including client centricity efforts
- Provides training on project management tools, techniques and methodologies
- Creates tools to help practice areas incorporate project management concepts with a heavy emphasis on client communication and relationship building
- Monitors practice areas for process improvement opportunities
- Certified Professional Project Manager (PMP)
- Six Sigma Green Belt
