Will Shroyer relies upon his business acumen, innate creativity and wealth of corporate, financial and real estate experience to successfully close deals as a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate, Corporate Law and Banking and Finance practices.

Will advises on leasing, acquisition and development for a wide range of clients and represents publicly traded REITs (domestic and international), publicly traded retailers, governmental and quasi-governmental entities, private developers and privately held financial institutions.

He is passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals and has a knack for achieving win/win results in negotiations. Will offers sound advice from both a legal and business perspective, and his clients appreciate his responsiveness, his cost-effective approach and his ability to serve as a valued team member.

Relationships are at the center of his practice, and he has cultivated a large network of long-standing allies and clients. He’s adept at recognizing opportunities for collaboration that foster growth and success for all parties involved in a transaction.

In his free time, Will enjoys boating and water sports, including eFoiling, a specialized surfboard equipped with an battery powered motor. He also enjoys spends time with his wife, five adult children and grandchildren and traveling internationally, especially to the South of France.

  • Represents joint ventures between a major publicly traded equity partner and a publicly owned developer in Denver and Houston real estate projects
  • Represents lenders in work-out, facilities management and general finance matters
  • Serves a broad range of clients, including the largest group dental practice in Wisconsin, real estate developers of big box and other retail developments, office, mixed-use and power center projects
  • Works with financial institutions and manufacturing, distribution and retail corporations
  • Advised for a national leasing venture for a nationally known, publicly traded retail distributor
  • Performs complex legal work for a Wisconsin-based subsidiary of a multinational electrical component manufacturer and distributor
  • Works with county governments and large, urban municipalities offering real estate clients practical insights and a context for moving projects towards completion
  • Advises on tax incremental financing (TIF) and reverse TIF funding
