William C. Dix

Will Dix is an attorney in Reinhart's Corporate Law Practice and a member of the firm’s Consumer Finance Team. Leveraging his business background and experience as a CPA, he assists clients with a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters. His practice includes drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting detail-oriented due diligence, and advising clients on evolving legal and compliance considerations.

As a member of the firm’s Consumer Finance Team, Will advises clients on structuring and drafting consumer-facing agreements for direct and indirect lenders, including closed- and open-ended credit products. He also advises clients on state and federal licensing requirements, helping build tailored licensing strategies and ensure ongoing compliance—all while aligning agreements and lending programs with business objectives.

His Midwestern work ethic, rooted in his upbringing on an Iowa farm, drives his commitment to exceeding client expectations. Dedicated to helping clients "get across the finish line," he is known for his ability to see the bigger picture, keen attention to detail and strong financial acumen when tackling complex issues.

Outside of work, Will enjoys playing and watching basketball, rooting for the Iowa State Cyclones, and exploring new things to do in the Milwaukee area.
