Timothy J. Kamke is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Health Care Practice and a member of the Corporate Law Practice. Tim’s practice primarily focuses on agreement and buy-sell negotiations, health care businesses, closely-held businesses, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has extensive experience advising a broad range of corporate clients. Skilled in corporate and regulatory compliance representation, Tim has significant experience developing and executing sound business strategies as corporate counsel for clients involved in many industries.

With two decades of experience, Tim is well-versed in all aspects of business and health care law, and he provides legal counsel to a broad range of stakeholders involved in many business sectors. He works closely with his clients as legal counsel, and also as a trusted business adviser. As a former business owner, Tim understands the challenges that many clients face, and their need for quick, on-point legal advice.

He has extensive experience and knowledge with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, networks, structuring relationships among owners, licensing, employment relationships (including non-compete issues), choice of entity, the Wisconsin Business Corporation Law, antitrust, anti-kickback statute, HIPAA, and corporate governance.

Clients appreciate Tim’s proactive approach because he is able to identify issues before they arise, which helps reduce legal fees and avoid the adverse effects that extended negotiations or litigation can have on business operations and growth.
