Steven P. Bogart

Steve Bogart draws on nearly 40 years of professional experience to offer excellent counsel and representation on liability insurance issues. He advises and litigates on behalf of municipalities, financial institutions, large manufacturers and telecommunications companies while also serving as Reinhart’s general counsel.

Steve recommends proactive ways clients can protect their businesses and facilitates in finding the right resources to meet their needs. He is often their first call to triage any legal issue. He is known for being exceptionally responsive and skilled in recommending cost-effective solutions for environmental, insurance and other commercial litigation.

As a member of Reinhart’s unique, multi-disciplinary Commercial and Competition Law Team, he works with attorneys who practice at the leading edge of the law and business practices affecting clients involved in the buying or selling of products and services. Together, they find practical solutions that help these businesses move forward successfully.

An established authority on litigation, Steve has frequently shared his expertise through journal articles and professional speaking engagements. In his leisure time, he and his wife are pursuing their dream to visit and hike as many national parks as possible. He also enjoys reading and playing golf.
