Shannon M. West is an attorney in Reinhart’s Trusts and Estates Practice, where her empathetic nature and big-picture perspective help clients feel comfortable and informed as they navigate complex issues. Shannon assists with trust, estate and fiduciary litigation, including matters involving breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, fiduciary removal and defense, and construction and reformation matters. She also assists high-net-worth individuals and business owners with estate planning and tax-related needs.
Shannon excels in connecting with her clients, immersing herself in their unique circumstances and guiding them through a successful litigation process. She ensures that her clients understand their options and the long-term implications of their choices. Clients trust her dependable advice, and she thrives in making a positive difference in their futures.
Shannon was a Summer Associate at Reinhart and worked as a law clerk for the firm. During law school, she served as a legal intern for Legal Assistance to Internationalized Persons Project (LAIP) and for the Hon. William M. Conley at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Shannon was the Senior Forward Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and a member of the Wisconsin Moot Court Board.
Shannon serves on the Young Professionals Board for SHARP Literacy, an organization that provides supplemental learning opportunities to underserved students. In her free time, she also enjoys yoga, cooking and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking.
