Sean E. Lees

Sean Lees is an attorney in Reinhart’s Labor and Employment practice, where he protects his clients’ interests by counseling them on a full range of issues, including employment discrimination defense, collective bargaining and labor arbitration.

Sean is committed to fully understanding the unique challenges each client faces and leveraging those insights to help them make well-informed decisions. He takes pride in identifying each client’s objectives and then working with the client to efficiently achieve their goals. Bringing to bear extensive experience, including litigating civil cases at the circuit court level and successfully representing clients in cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Sean works closely with his clients to assess risk, navigate complex legal issues, avoid problems and secure positive outcomes when action is necessary. Sean has also taught labor relations and collective bargaining classes to professionals from around the country seeking to enhance their knowledge in these areas.

Outside of the office Sean enjoys reading, coaching his children’s sports and hiking through Wisconsin’s many state parks with his family.
