Sarah J. Nord

Sarah Nord is Reinhart’s Legal Recruiting Manager, working closely with the firm’s Recruiting Committee on lateral and new attorney hires and managing the Summer Associate Program. She also assists with diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, helping to foster a welcoming environment and positive culture for all employees.

Sarah partners with the firm’s department chairs to build a future pipeline and hire the best candidates to represent our clients. She appreciates how this role allows her to connect with people throughout the city and build a better firm.

Sarah is passionate about bringing new talent to Reinhart. She particularly enjoys working with law students, helping them start their careers and watching them grow. Before joining the firm, Sarah worked as a student manager at Marquette University Law School, where she coordinated law student events and supervised student employees, among other responsibilities.

Outside work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
