Sara Stellpflug Rapkin

As a shareholder in Reinhart’s Tax, Corporate Law and Litigation practices, Sara Rapkin is an experienced attorney dedicated to handling state and local tax controversies, primarily for national companies with a Wisconsin presence. She is a vigorous advocate for clients facing audits involving sales, use, income and franchise taxes, evaluating their position to challenge these assessments, and representing them before Wisconsin tax appeals commissions, circuit and appellate courts.

Sara also has a large practice assisting clients in property tax assessment disputes. She helps manage Wisconsin property tax liabilities, evaluates where challenges are appropriate, and represents clients before the related review boards and courts.
