- Samuel H.J. Schultz
Samuel Schultz is an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation and Employee Benefits practices, where he handles ERISA litigation and counseling, advises on Taft-Hartley issues, and represents clients in employment and commercial litigation. His experience spans the breadth of the legal spectrum in issues and industries, including shareholder and ownership disputes, breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, employment and construction litigation and insurance coverage matters.
Sam has experience counseling clients of all sizes—from closely held and family-owned businesses to large national and multinational corporations—while remaining focused on delivering practical, strategic and business-minded solutions. He strives to deliver efficient and effective results no matter the issues his clients face, and his results-oriented approach reflects his commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Outside of his practice, Sam enjoys cheering on Minnesota sports teams, supporting the Twin Cities performing arts community and traveling with his family.
