Samuel C. Sylvan is an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice, where he researches complex and nuanced legal issues, applies critical thinking to gain strategic insight into many industries, and prides himself on being meticulous, pragmatic and efficient in his work. He leverages his practical knowledge of clients’ industries, services and products to better represent those involved in a wide range of disputes.

While at the University of Minnesota Law School, Sam served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota for the Hon. Susan Richard Nelson and as a law intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota, where he researched and analyzed a variety of legal issues regarding federal criminal, civil and appellate cases. Sam was also a student attorney in the Consumer Protection Clinic and a Managing Editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology. Prior to law school, he was a litigation paralegal at one of the country’s largest law firms.

Sam enjoys listening to classic rock and spending time with his two dogs in his free time. He also plays basketball and tennis.
