Ryan Morrison is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, where he advises public and private companies on the evolving complex legal landscapes of corporate finance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions and with general corporate matters. Ryan’s approach is rooted in true partnership: he invests the time to understand businesses inside and out and works alongside clients to unravel business and legal challenges, develop creative and practical solutions, and to unlock new opportunities. He is known for his exceptional client service and ability to anticipate what’s ahead, offering straightforward advice and innovative strategies that empower clients to move forward with confidence.

His practice spans the full spectrum of corporate and securities law, serving public companies, private businesses and boards across a wide range of industries. He counsels clients on a broad range of matters, including capital markets transactions as well as securities and insurance matters. Ryan partners closely with management teams, guiding them through disclosure obligations, corporate governance and strategic transactions such as securities offerings, buybacks and takeover preparedness.
