Nicholas Becher is an attorney in Reinhart's Intellectual Property Practice, providing clients with insightful patent and trademark counseling. Nick’s clients benefit from his detail-oriented, timely and inquisitive nature. His intellectual curiosity enables him to grasp the unique attributes of each client’s business and evaluate quickly to foresee threats and opportunities.

Nick is also a member of Reinhart’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Team and can advise clients on the technical and regulatory requirements, challenges and opportunities of AI technology.

Before joining the firm, Nick worked at the University of Wisconsin Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, providing patent ability analysis for startup inventors and developing software to streamline freedom-to-operate analysis. His background in physics gives him in-depth technical expertise in various fields such as electronics, optics, mechanics and computer science.

In his free time, Nick enjoys weightlifting and playing guitar.
