Migena Vula is an attorney in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where she takes a detailed and personable approach to counseling clients on a variety of complex real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, property development, commercial leasing and structuring deals using traditional financings. Migena assists developers, investors and businesses in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, supporting them from contract drafting and lease negotiation through to closing.
Migena’s dedication to client service is reflected in her responsiveness, focus and commitment to simplifying clients’ lives. Her practical experience, along with her collaborative approach to problem solving, enables her to deliver solutions perfectly suited to the unique goals of each client.
Outside of her legal pursuits, Migena is passionate about reading and enjoys a variety of activities such as hot yoga and snowboarding.
