Mary Kaminski is a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified paralegal in Reinhart’s Employee Benefits Practice, focusing on ERISA law, Taft-Hartley multiemployer retirement plans and qualified corporate and governmental retirement plans.

Mary provides exceptionally responsive service related to a variety of employee benefits matters, including evaluation of qualified domestic relations orders, and her comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans equips her to assist with the correction of operational defects and legal compliance failures, ensuring clients can successfully navigate an often-unfamiliar process.

Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, playing piano, and spending time with her pets.
