Lauren Backhaus is an Intellectual Property attorney at Reinhart, guiding clients through the development and enforcement of their intellectual property assets. She manages a wide range of patent and patent application processes, from initial filing to issuance, including handling USPTO office actions.

Lauren has an extensive technical engineering background in industrial automation, combined with her experience in the defense industry, which helps her navigate complex technical patent matters with precision. She excels at drafting office action responses and supporting patent prosecution teams, ensuring clients' intellectual property receives thorough protection. Lauren's detail-oriented approach and deep understanding of client objectives enable her to deliver strategic solutions that align with business goals.
