Laureen Lehnberg is a highly seasoned compliance professional with more than 35 years of experience in audit, consultation and compliance process and program improvement.
As a member of the firm’s Consumer Finance Practice, Laureen focuses on providing results-driven solutions to clients of all sizes. She has extensive experience working with management, boards of directors and employees at all levels of financial institutions in building compliance monitoring controls, assessing and mitigating compliance risk, and developing tailored risk-based compliance internal audits. She has managed teams of internal resources and consultants to transform compliance risk management programs and develop customized regulatory compliance training.
Laureen teaches regularly for the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) and has presented on various compliance risk management topics for the WBA and the Chicagoland Compliance Association.
Outside of the office, Laureen enjoys gardening, walking, reading and traveling.
