Kristin K. Langhoff is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice where she focuses on zoning and land use matters. Prior to practicing law, Kristin worked as a civil engineer for an architectural, engineering and construction management firm where she assisted clients in the design and construction of projects ranging from urban street improvement projects to retail developments to large distribution facilities.

Kristin has a broad range of experience in a variety of real estate development projects including but not limited to: engineering design of urban street improvement projects, design, permitting and construction of large distribution facilities, real property acquisition, and zoning and entitlements for retail shopping centers.

Kristin’s engineering background complements her law degree as it provides her with a unique perspective when advising clients with various land, zoning and real estate matters. More specifically, her educational background and work experiences allow her to approach client issues from a legal perspective as well as from an operational understanding with a full appreciation of the multiple challenges associated with land or property development.
